WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHEY PROTEIN AND MASS GAINER?
The main difference is that most Mass Gainers contain more calories than regular Whey Protein. Both serve to aid muscle recovery & promote muscle growth.

ISN’T WHEY PROTEIN ONLY FOR CUTTING PURPOSES?
