HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRE-TRAINING IS GOOD?
The product of your choice has to meet a few common expectations: Stimulation, ability to cause hyperemia, good oxygen delivery and good nervous system - muscle connection.
Most common pre-workouts offer you great stimulation, but this effect is achieved with caffeine and other substances. You should look for supps containing as well malate citrulline, arginine and beta alanine, as these ingredients are essential for the impact they produce on oxygenation, blood circulation and blood concentration in the worked muscles (hyperemia).
IS IT GOOD TO TAKE A PRE-WORKOUT WHEN TRAINING LATE EVENINGS AND NIGHTS?
