CAN I TAKE NEED® THERMO·FUEL EVEN IF I DON'T PRACTICE ANY SPORT?
Yes, you can. Unlike other thermogenic product which need higher heart rates to be activated, Need® Thermo·fu3l works even while resting.
However, Need® Thermo·fu3l will show better results when combined with exercise. A healthy diet and an active style of life are important,
CAN I TAKE NEED® THERMO·FU3L AT LATE EVENINGS/NIGHTS?
We do not recommed it. Thermogenics contain stimulat ingredients that may interfere with your sleep.
Nonetheless, there are people who tolerate better caffeine and related substances without having inconveniences in their sleep. Ideally, it would be better to take if Need® Thermo·fu3l early in the evening if you train late evenings or nights, so you make sure it won't interfere with your sleep.
IS IT GOOD TO HAVE BREAKS OF THERMOGENICS INTAKE?
Yes, it is.
